Innovative Solutions, Proven Results
Whether it’s residential, commercial, or mixed-use strata properties, our priority is to protect the value, integrity, and safety of your assets. We deliver innovative, practical, and cost-effective solutions customized to each project, ranging from addressing complex structural challenges in existing buildings to supporting new developments.
Elite Australian Engineering is delivering expert facade solutions for a new five-storey residential development featuring 12 apartments, basement parking, and private & communal pools. Following the demolition of existing structures, our role ensures a durable, energy-efficient, and weatherproof building.
Failed waterproofing caused persistent water ingress to internal lots, leading to cracks, poor drainage, and structural damage. Moisture exposure resulted in peeling paint, mold growth, and concrete deterioration. A remedial waterproofing solution was essential to prevent further issues.
Magnesite flooring, widely used in Australia from the 1920s to 1980s, is made from magnesium oxychloride cement and natural fillers. Its high moisture absorption allows chlorides to seep into the concrete slab, increasing the risk of concrete cancer and structural damage.
